The extra work we need to cover during the JLG is as follows:

8.30 am each morning. Collect telegrams. For Mr Garrett to see first. Then the 5 extra copies to be distributed to the HK delegation as appropriate.

9.00 am each morning.

Check Locarno Conference Room (LCC) and delegation rooms (K123 and India Office Council Chamber) are set up ready for use put in extra paper and pens.

Ms Major/Mrs Bentley (Thursday)

Escort Chinese delegation to LCC from Ambassador's Entrance Dr Wyver/Mr McCann

3.

10.30 am each morning. Collect buffet trays from Reception (when phoned).

Ms Major/Mrs Bentley (Thursday)

5.

Approximately 10.45 am 11.45 am. Act as escorts for Chinese

delegation (K123).

Provide "rolling" flasks of coffee and hot water in WH311. To be available from 8.30am to 9.30 am and in the afternoons. Mrs Hicking/Mrs Bentley

9. We will all need to ensure that we know the quickest routes from HKD to the IOCC, K123 and the LCC; also from the Ambassador's Entrance to the LCC.
