Office has approved it and you have telephoned all the guests. I shall then arrange for Government Hospitality Fund to send out "in confirmation" cards.

2. If, because of word-processors, you produce your guest list on plain paper, please ensure that the GHF instructions are strictly adhered to and all information accurate, bearing in mind that it is the Department and not GHF which is finally responsible.
