ILO: ALLEGATIONS OF POST-STRIKE VICTIMISATION
1. The Department of Employment have been told by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) that the International Transport Workers' Federation has sent a letter (enclosed) the ILO about allegations of post-strike victimisation with regard to the Cathay pacific strike.
2.
The ILO have asked HMG for any information we might have on this matter. It is not yet clear whether this case will be examined formally by the ILO supervisory bodies. However I would be grateful for any information you might have for inclusion in a response, if possible by the end of July.
