Communications
(a) The Governments shall ensure that the Organizations are able to
send and receive communications in connection with the Meetings without
censorship or other interference.
(b) The Organizations shall enjoy, for their official communications
and the transfer of all their documents, treatment not less advantageous
than the most favorable treatment accorded by the Governments to any
diplomatic mission with respect to priorities, rates and surcharges on mail,
cables, radiograms, telefax, telephone and other forms of communication.
7.
Services and Facilities for the Meetings
The Organizations note the decisions by the Governments that the
services and facilities for the Meetings shall be provided by the Hong Kong
Government acting through the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as will be set
forth in the Memorandum on the Provision of Services and Facilities for the
1997 Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and
the International Monetary Fund in Hong Kong. The Organizations have been
advised by the Governments that the services and facilities shall be
provided by the Hong Kong Government acting through the Hong Kong Monetary
Authority for the period through June 30, 1997, and by [the People's
Republic of China] [the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region] for the
period thereafter.
