The HKMA shall provide for a physician to be available on call
when no physician is in the health room; and make arrangements for the availability of dentists and other medical specialists to the participants while in Hong Kong; medical expenses to be met by the participants.

The HKMA shall take all necessary/measures for the safe passage of all participants in and out of Hong Kong and for their personal security and the safety of their property and the property of the Organizations and delegations during their stay
