7. Services and Facilities for the Meetings

The services and facilities for the Meetings shall be provided by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as set forth in the Memorandum on the Provision

of Services and Facilities for the 1997 Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund in Hong Kong. For the period until July 1, 1997, they shall be provided by thre Hong Kong Monetary Authority on behalf of the United Kingdow and, forthe period-thereafter, on-behalf of the People's Republic of Chrfrra.

Cooperation

The Organizations and the Governments will cooperate fully and use their best efforts to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Meetings and the preparation for them in a collaborative spirit.
