11. The issue of which Parties should contribute to the Fund will not be clarified - or even addressed - until the current discussions on the replenishment of the Fund over the period 1994-96 are concluded at the next meeting of the Parties in Bangkok in November 1993. At that meeting we shall reach agreement on the level of replenishment for the next period

(1994-96), and the list of Parties contributing to the Fund will be redrawn on the basis of Parties existing at that time. As soon as this is clear we will let you know.
