Convention to be extended to Hong Kong. Nevertheless, we would like to be kept informed of progress in the UK's position and changes in requirements or further developments relating to the Convention.

Finally, as the issue has substantial policy implications, I think it would be more appropriate for the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands to be the point of contact. Hence, I would be grateful if you would address future correspondences on the issue to him.
