ICAC CASES INVOLVING THE CHINESE

We have had our attention drawn to th epossibility of corruption cases involving mainland companies. We have been wondering whether there exisits any mechanism for forewarning you (and us) of any cases which have political overtones. I know of course that ICAC are independant of the executive, nvertheless, without wishing to influence investigations or prosecutions, it would be useful to have forewarning of some cases. We would be grateful if you could let us know what the situation is.
