The British Embassy in Saudi Arabia has received the attached Diplomatic Note from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, concerning the difficulties experienced by the representative of Saudia at Kai Tak.

2. I would be grateful if you could pursue this matter with the appropriate authorities. HMG would like to see Mr Tam Wing Kun granted the same access as other airline representatives, unless there is a good reason to act otherwise.

We would also be grateful for a copy of Mr Tam's documentation as requested in the third paragraph of the Saudi note, if this is not too much trouble.
