Annex A
Lunar New Year's Day or, if Lunar New Year's Day or the
second ΟΙ third day of Lunar New Year falls on a
immediately preceding Lunar New
Sunday, then the day

(b)
the second day of Lunar New Year;
(c)
the third day of Lunar New Year;
(a)
Ching Ming Festival;
(e)
Tuen Ng (Dragon Boat) Festival;
(£)
the day following the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival or,
if that day falls on a Sunday, the Chinese Mid-Autumn
Festival Day;
(g) the Chung Yeung Festival;
(h)
the Chinese Winter Solstice Festival or Christmas Day, at the option of the employer; and
(i)
the first day of January.

In addition there are two 'floating holidays' which may be assigned by the employer to any date he chooses. However, if the employer does not determine dates for these holidays,
employee may request such dates be granted as additional
days of annual leave with pay. If the employee does not request and the employer does not fix the floating holidays, they must be taken on the Monday following the birthday of Her Majesty The Queen and on the last Monday in August, being Liberation Day.
