Annex A

Provide for the status in Hong Kong of bodies incorporated or

formerly incorporated under the laws of certain territories

outside Hong Kong,

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Citation

This Ordinance may be cited as the Foreign Corporations

Ordinance.
