1. PS/Mr Goodlad has asked if we have updated a collection of useful Chinese Public Statements on Hong Kong (Copy Attached) prepared for the Secretary of State's visit to Hong Kong in 1991. We haven't, but I wondered wether you had access to a collection of quotable quotes.

2. The previous list was drawn up by Hong Kong and I would be interested to know if they have kept their version up to date.
