As the talks are about to resume in Peking, a Ta Kung Pao commentary has reiterated that Legco has no right to reject any agreement reached. In response to a report that Exco is prepared that the forthcoming round of talks will not yield any breakthrough, a few leader writers and columnists have questioned the sincerity of the British side in the talks.
