I doubt that the 1993 edition will be ready in early June. There will probably need to be a fair bit of discussion, once the returns are in, in order to squeeze precise details out of the responsible officers. I think it more realistic to expect something by late June or even early July.

Once we have a properly updated checklist we will be considering how best to keep it up to date. But the trick will be

be to ensure that updating the checklist does not become a simple, bureaucratic (thought free) exercise.

Separately, we are now producing each month forecast of speaking notes to be delivered within the next three months as well as a note on outstanding JLG business (items where we are waiting for Chinese action). Copies of the latest editions of these two documents are attached. If you would like to receive these on a regular basis please let me know.
