Lantau Part Peninsular and Western Harbour and CM10 development will be submitted to Exco for consideration around April/May 1993. Land Commission will be informed thereafter. Development rights for CT10 are expected to be granted in 1994
River Trade Terminal Development is being considered. A decision is likely to be taken in first half of 1993 with the development rights granted possibly before end 1993
