4. In short, there are shady aspects to some of Tsui's activities, although we are not aware that CNT Holdings is involved in these activities. Tsui has established himself a leading philanthropist. He has called on the Prime Minister, attended garden parties at Buckingham Palace etc. We do not believe that there are grounds to advise Sir Ronnie Grierson to sever his links with CNT Holdings.
