I understand that Peter Ricketts gave you a copy of the British Library paper sent to the HKGIS by Dr Christopher Roads (Associate Director, Research and Development Department, British Library).

The paper proposes ways in which HKGIS can improve its interface with the media through a technical consultancy service offered by the British Library.

As you probably know, HKGIS were close to signing a contract with Dr Roads but have now pulled back. Peter was wondering if you have been able to find anything out about this from the Hong Kong end.
