Mr Goodlad has seen Ms Everett's minute of 28 June and your suggestion that he should explore the Governor's views on Jonathan Dimbleby's request to film the OPD (K) meeting. Minister spoke to the Governor on the telephone this morning, following which he has commented that "The Governor and I are content for Dimbleby to film arrival at the Cabinet Room, but not the meeting, but are not pushing for either. If No 10 are content, should other Ministerial private offices be informed/consulted?".

2. The draft letter to PS/No 10 would appear to be consistent with this outcome.
