Further to my minute of 24 March about the Secretary of State's interviews with Nippon Television (NTV) and the Kyodo News Service (Kyodo), Kyodo has now sent details of the questions they are proposing to ask.

There are two new areas which they had not originally mentioned: Hong Kong/China and Northern Korea. I should be grateful if HKD and NPDD could provide you with short bull points for the Secretary of State's briefing.
