Thank you for your minute of 9 February. I agree that we should not ask the Secretary of State to do an interview so soon after he has contributed an article to another Chinese language newspaper. But I think it would be very helpful if the Minister of State were willing to give the Economic Times an interview.

If you were able to get questions from them in advance, we would prepare bull points.
