A new strategy has been developed to ensure that IT and communications are deployed in a way that best supports priority from policy objectives. All IT projects are
controlled using the government approved PRINCE project
management methodology.
Question: Quality Management System suggests drop in overall satisfaction with commercial services.
Why?
Answer: Drop is very small, only 2%. At same time increase in number of respondents who would use the advice/information services again. Likewise increased number of people would use promotional services a second time.
