LETTERS TO THE ICR AND BRITISH COUNCIL

1. I would be grateful for comments by COP on Friday 6 August on the two attached draft letters, one to the ICR and one to the British Council, proposing the terms under which the administrative arrangements should be made for the Sir s K Tang Bequest.

2. I also enclose the various documents relating to the Bequest which you returned with your minute of 22 July. If I do not hear from you by COP on 6 August, I will assume you are content with the drafts.
