As you will see, the Institute of Cancer Research are content with the proposed arrangements. The British Council have promised a response in October. I will contact you again

once we have an answer from the British Council. I hope we will soon be able to start work on setting up the Sign Manual Direction allocating the funds to the two parties, under our agreed terms.
