funds will be forthcoming, but I am still pressing for them. However, should we find that the extra funds are not available I see no reason why we should not think of setting up a scholarship scheme where the financial balance is tipped towards the private sector. Perhaps a programme which is funded two-thirds by the private sector and one third by FCOSAS money would be feasible? I would welcome your views on this.
