it seems clear that HKD are responsible for meeting the costs.
This given, the most feasible source of funding would be
through HKD's allocation of Mr Hum's 1993/4 AUS Programme
Budget. As we do not yet know the full extent of the charges
we will incur, a safe bid would be £3,000.
