FRAMEWORK FOR SATELLITE TELEVISION UPLINKING AS
APPROVED BY THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ON 30 OCTOBER 1990
The key requirements are recapped below:-
(a) Structure and Nationality of the Licensee
