10 November on the theme "Hong Kong Works". The Governor will also be there, and will no doubt be seeing the Prime Minister separately during the week (we have an OPD (K) pencilled in for 10 November, though news of that has not as yet reached the South China Morning Post).

I will give you a ring on the morning of 1 October in case you want to chew the fat. If it would be more convenient to you, I would happily drop in for 10 minutes.
