The Minister was grateful for your submission of 3 November. He intends to raise this subject with Sir William Purves at a suitable opportunity and in the course of other business. However, some recent potential meetings with Sir William Purves have been cancelled and I am therefore returning these papers to you. I will let you know when a meeting is on the cards and the Minister would then be grateful if these papers could be brought forward to him again.
