The figures in brackets in the text of the overview are the record numbers of the source documents in the Information Base, printed at the top of each abstract presented in the Highlights.
The meaning of the abbreviations at the start of each field after the abstract are as follows: GD - General Descriptor; SD - Specific Descriptor; GE Geographical Descriptor; FT - Free Text Descriptor. These descriptors (also known as keywords) refer to terms in the special thesaurus of the Information Base, or being considered for inclusion. LO stands for Location, i.e, the library or other institution where the original document is available, along with the classification number it attributes to the document.
