I refer to your Telno 607 of 24 June 1993 (a copy attached). You mentioned that Mr MacInnes has sent a letter to Mr Tebbit, Head of ERD, FCO dated 16 June 1993. None of us within HKG has received a copy of such letter. We only received a letter from Mr MacInnes to Mr Tebbit dated 24 May. Please send us a copy of the former letter.
