Secretary of State's visit to New York and Washington : Friday 21 May
The Secretary of State has decided to visit New York and Washington on Friday 21 May. In New York he will spend an hour with the Secretary General. In Washington, he will call on Warren Christopher and, we hope, Les Aspin.
You kindly agreed to coordinate briefing. Separate briefing packs would be right although there would be no need to duplicate background. The agendas for the talks
