1. We have spoken about room WH 222, which is presently used as an office for the Governor of Hong Kong when he visits London. You have agreed to give up the room to make way for its full time occupation by Mr Masefield's Resource Management Officer, who will arrive later this month.

2. We will do our best to find a replacement room for the Governor's use. But I am afraid there is nothing suitable, at the moment.
