PARKING SPACE FOR THE GOVERNOR'S VISIT: 8-10 NOVEMBER

1. The Governor of Hong Kong will be visiting London between 8 and 10 November. Mr Patten has appointments in the FCO on 9 and 10 November and will require a parking space in the main quadrangle on both these days. I would be grateful if you could arrange this. I will send you details of the car make and registration number once I have them.
