1. We thought that you would want to be aware that there will be an oral question on Hong Kong when the FCO is next top for questions, on 10 March. It is number 4, so will be reached. The question (from Roger Sims) poses no problems. It is: quote to ask the Secretary of State when he next plans to meet the Governor of Hong Kong to discuss his plans for democratic reform unquote.
