1. I attach a copy of the latest draft programme for the Governor's visit to London. In addition, Mr Cheuk (HKGO) is arranging calls on Mr Rifkind (5 April) and Mr Heseltine (6 April).

2. The Governor has also asked for an appointment with Dr David Snashall, the FCO's Chief Medical Adviser. I am trying to arrange this for the afternoon of 7 April.
