1. The Prime Minister would like to offer Mr Patten Lunch on 13 April. Grateful to know if this would fit in with the Governor's present plans. We understand that the Prime Minister has in mind a working meal for the Governor alone, but we have let No10 know that Mrs Patten will also be here.
