Governor's Visit to London: April 1993

Further to my LOT 736 of 16.3.93, please see the 3rd draft of the Governor's visit programme in MIFF. You may like to know that there are both additions and re-schedulings. Grateful if you could advise on the venue for meetings with FCO ministers and officials.

GH advised today that Bowen Leung and Edward Llewellyn will depart for HK on 10.4.93. So they can no longer go to the dinner with Mr Goodlad.
