The Minister Was grateful for your brief of 22 October for the above meeting. Mr Young clearly has no fresh news about the two Hong Kong citizens held in Manila but is grateful for everything that is being done on their behalf. Other than that, Mr Goodlad says that there was nothing significant worth reporting back from the meeting.
