1. We have just heard that Christine Loh will not now be coming to London later this week as planned. The main reason for her coming was to take part in an Oxford Union debate on

Hong Kong. This debate has now had to be cancelled because

two of the other key speakers had had to call off . It may be

reinstated in October.
