Amendments to Letters Patent and Roval Instructions

Many thanks for your messages of 18 March enclosing the final drafts of the Letters Patent and the Additional Instructions.

We have noted a drafting point which might be worth pointing out to the Legal Counsellor. Article 2 of the Letters Patent refers to "the appointed day" (line 12), whereas Clause 1(5) of the Additional Instructions uses the wording "appointed day", The Legal Counsellor may wish to consider the need to use the same term throughout. If consistency is desired, our preference is "appointed day".
