In respect of disciplinary matters (referred to me in accordance with Colonial Ragulation 66) my approval will be required only der disciplinary action against officers whose first appointment was made or approved by me, and the posts prescribed above for the purposes of colonial Regulation 19. Cases for retirement on medical grounds under CR92 also need no longer be referred to me.
