AMENDMENTS TO THE LETTERS PATENT AND ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS

I refer to your letter of 16 January 1993.

I have spoken to the Privy Council Office this morning and they have confirmed that the approved text of the amendments will be printed in final form by 25 January at the latest. There should therefore be no difficulty in getting the amendments to you before 1 February. As soon as we receive them from the Privy Council office, I will forward a copy on to you.
