At a quick read, I think that almost all our points have been fully taken into account. In particular, the JLG section is now much more accessible and effective; our wording on the timetable for the electoral talks has been incorporated and the peroration has been sanded down at several points. I do not believe that there are now any issues of such importance that the Secretary of State need press for changes in the light of the Qian meeting.
