1. Thank you for faxing to me the revised version of the reply and supplementaries to Frederick Fung's LegCo question on the Governor's tax position.

I think the answer to supplementary question 6, although factually correct, might suggest to some that the concept of Crown privilege provided the missing link with The Queen's tax position. It might be better for the answer to be a simple "no".
