Tentative Timetable for discussion on Bilateral Treaties
There are altogether 227 bilateral treaties of 15 categories currently applying to HK. A few categories of bilateral treaties have already been dealt with separately through the JLG forum and some new replacement bilateral treaties are being negotiated e.g. extradition and investment protection. Below are those bilateral treaties on which we have started work/discussion with the Chinese side:
