MEMORANDUM FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

LEGISLATING FOR THE 1994-95 ELECTION ARRANGEMENTS

PROBLEM AND ADVICE SOUGHT

Drafting of legislation for the 1994-95 electoral

arrangements as originally proposed has been substantially

completed. Members are invited to consider further whether

any

change

should be made to the originally proposed

arrangements for the 1994-95 elections so as to enable the

draft bill to be finalized accordingly.
