(a) in paragraph (b), by repealing "9A" and substituting

and elected members

Section 7(1) is amended by repealing "numbers of appointed

members and of elected members of a Board for the purposes of

section 6(1)(c) and (d), respectively" and substituting "number of

elected members of a Board for the purpose of section 6(1)(d)".

Tenure of office of elected members

Section 8 is amended

(a)

in paragraph (a), by repealing "subject to paragraph

(aa),"; and

(b) by repealing paragraph (aa).
