There are now only

can be considered active, and their activities are
mainly social and recreational. Also, importance
of these associations has been in decline since
the early 1970s.
Nevertheless, in view of the strong desire of the
Chinese side that the Kai Fongs should be
represented, the British side is prepared to
include Kai Fongs in the
Organizations FC.
Hope the
proposed Resident
Chinese side will
appreciate this positive and constructive move on
our part in seeking to reach an overall agreement.

committee members of MACS, OCS,
Owners and Tenants Associations, and
associations, plus all VRS in the New
Landlords/
Kai
Fong
Territories.
