1. The Minister was grateful for the briefing supplied for this call (and for the call on the Secretary of State) and for your attendance (and that of Mr Hum and Ms Everett) at the meeting. In case you did not obtain a separate copy, I also attach the paper which Mr Fung left behind with the Minister.
